adidas makes its comeback on Lecce’s kit after 35 years The perfect way to celebrate a fresh new Serie A season
Today, Lecce and adidas unveil the Home Kit for the 2026/2027 season, a shirt featuring yellow and red vertical stripes and a blue collar. The iconic adidas Three Stripes stand out on the shoulders in red, while the club crest is placed on the chest alongside the German brand’s logo. The kit is completed by blue shorts and socks, with the same shade also featured on the sleeve trim.
The official announcement of the partnership with adidas definitively brings the relationship between the Salento club and M908 to an end. The self-produced brand had started dressing Lecce after the previous collaboration with Legea expired, building a short but significant eight-year history with the club. With adidas, a new chapter begins for the Salento side coached by manager Di Francesco, as the German company has chosen to partner with one of Serie A’s most passionate fanbases. A club that last season set its all-time season ticket record, surpassing 22,000 memberships, proving the strength of the bond between supporters and the club.
From an in-house brand to a sportswear giant
At the same time, the in-house brand landscape loses an important name in M908, which had built its own reputation in the sector over the years, leaving room for other European clubs that continue to pursue this sponsorship model. One example is St. Pauli with DIIY; another, similar but not entirely comparable case, is Napoli with EA7, a brand owned by Armani but with the club managing production internally.
