Winter Cine Club

The Winter Olympic Games transcend mere athletic competition. They represent a vast and invaluable aesthetic, cultural, and ethical heritage, a legacy to be preserved and faithfully passed down from generation to generation. A historical and emotional trajectory that connects moments and places distant in time, ideally linking the past, present, and future of sport.

One tool capable of supporting this mission is undoubtedly cinema. Since its inception, the seventh art has stood out as a powerful and irreplaceable medium through which complex and nuanced emotions can be preserved and relived, telling some of the most surprising, moving, and engaging stories, including those about sports.

From this synergy comes Winter Cine Club, a series of events presented by nss sports and FILA HUB, designed to celebrate the values of sport through film screenings. The program includes three cinematic events at FILA HUB in Via Sabinia 2 in Milano. The scheduled screenings are: The Maestro by Andrea Di Stefano, starring Pierfrancesco Favino, on February 9; Borg vs McEnroe on February 11; and, as the third event, Tonya. The series will conclude with a closing party on February 14.
