Kobe Bryant Brand returns on FC Barcelona Away jersey A black and purple gradient design inspired by the Black Mamba

For the 2026/27 season, Barcelona will once again take to the pitch wearing a jersey by the Kobe Bryant brand. The club has unveiled its new Away jersey which, just like last season, replaces Nike's Swoosh with the Kobe Sheath, the iconic sword-in-sheath logo introduced in 2003 and designed by Eric Avar for Kobe Bryant.

Black is the dominant colour of the jersey, but the standout feature of the kit is its gradient effect, which gradually shifts from black across the upper section to a rich purple that covers the lower half of the shirt and extends onto the shorts. The Barcelona crest is finished with an iridescent effect, while the Spotify sponsor logo appears in gold.

The tribute to Kobe Bryant goes beyond the snake skin-inspired pattern, a nod to his Black Mamba nickname. Inside the collar, the jersey features a hidden quote that reads: "Leave the game better than you found it." The collection is completed by a matching training kit and anthem jacket, both combining shades of black and purple to reflect the same design philosophy.
