To mark the triumph in the Champions League
June 3rd, 2025
With a stunning 5-0 win against Inter,, PSG won the first Champions League in its history. A night of glory in which the star of Désiré Doué shone brightly, scoring twice and providing an assist. Big celebrations in Paris, with a wave of enthusiasm breaking out on Saturday night immediately after the final whistle and continuing on Sunday when the team returned with the big-eared cup for a parade through the city streets. And while during the ceremony on the pitch the shirt that drew the most attention was the one worn by coach Luis Enrique in memory of his daughter Xana, during the celebrations it was the jersey worn by the PSG players that stole the show.
It is, in fact, a commemorative jersey, a reinterpretation of the Home jersey, the same one worn on the big night at the Allianz Arena. Specifically, the star that usually appears above the club’s logo was redesigned to resemble the shape of the Eiffel Tower, the ultimate symbol of the city of Paris. On the back of the jersey, the inscriptions "CHAMPIONS OF EUROPE 25" and "ICI C'EST PARIS" were added, along with a second Eiffel Tower-shaped star positioned just below the collar.
A classy touch by Nike to celebrate the most important moment in PSG's history in the best possible way. And the success of this product isn’t just stylistic. The jersey immediately caught the attention of fans, enthusiasts, and collectors, it sold out instantly on the French club’s official website.
