The reflection of the lake on Como's new Home jersey A great design for a great occasion
Watching a football match at the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium in Como is not an experience like any other. Especially when enjoyed from the main stand, which offers a privileged view of the water's reflection—a unique feature for a football stadium, capable of elevating even a venue with several limitations, such as being the stadium with the smallest capacity in Serie A. That lake, those reflections, represent a true strategic asset for the club and the entire city: an integral part and mirror of Como’s identity.
adidas and Como, once again—after previous experiences with Legea and Erreà—have chosen to incorporate the water of Lake Como into the design of the Home jersey. For the kit to be worn during the 2025/26 season, they opted for a design that significantly departs from last season’s, which featured vertical stripes filled with a lake-inspired pattern. Instead, this year's kit features an all-over graphic, making it unique in the football jersey landscape, while closely recalling the historic promotion to Serie A in the 2023/24 season.
The launch of the new jersey coincides with a very important event for Como: the start of the Como Cup, a friendly tournament held in the stunning setting of the Sinigaglia Stadium. The competition will feature prestigious clubs such as Al Ahli, Ajax, and Celtic, will take place from July 23 to 27, and aims to become a recurring and innovative event in the coming seasons.
