Awaiting tomorrow's draws in Monte Carlo, adidas has unveiled the new official balls for the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Women’s Champions League for the 2025/26 season. The ball that will be used in the Champions League group stage, starting next 16 September, is inspired by the night sky. The one dedicated to the Women’s Champions League, instead, draws on the immensity of space and the colors of the aurora borealis. Both celebrate the stars of football on their journey to the finals: Budapest for the Champions League and Oslo for the Women’s Champions League, scheduled for May.

The design retains the iconic embossed stars on a white background, enriched with unique details inspired by the firmament. On the Champions League ball the stars are outlined in gold and shaded in blue, with hand-drawn golden zodiac signs, symbolizing legendary feats and a destiny written among the stars. The Women’s Champions League ball, instead, pairs deep purple with neon green gradients that recall the movements of the aurora, with touches of pink and white stars that evoke the brilliance of the cosmos.
