AS Roma's third kit pays tribute to the gardens and historic villas of the Capital Combining the Trefoil and the traditional ASR crest
adidas and Roma unveil the new Third kit for the 2025/26 season, inspired by the green areas and gardens found throughout the Capital. The design reflects the colors and atmospheres of these spaces, offering a fresh and distinctive look for the new season. The jersey, created to celebrate the passion of the fans and the connection with the city of Rome, features a unique design inspired by the greenery of Roman villas, with a pattern that recalls the typical geometry of Italian-style gardens. This is a major innovation for the Roman club: to find green on a Roma shirt — excluding goalkeeper kits — one has to go back to the 2004/05 season, with the fourth kit.
The iconic adidas three stripes on the shoulders, the classic adidas Originals trefoil, and the traditional ASR crest in vibrant contrasting yellow create a strong and recognizable visual impact. Once again, adidas and AS Roma have collaborated to highlight the club’s rich identity heritage, drawing from the historical archive and details of the traditional crest, with the aim of creating a product that celebrates both tradition and innovation. Roma’s new Third kit will be worn for the first time on July 26, during the friendly match scheduled in Germany at the Fritz-Walter Stadion against Kaiserslautern.
