When outdoor sports become fashion

In sports, fashion has become an essential element—across all disciplines, including, of course, outdoor activities like trekking. That’s why, when Cisalfa invited us to the heart of Valle d'Aosta for a truly unique experience, we gladly accepted. Everything started at the Cisalfa store in Aosta, where we enjoyed a full shopping experience. There, we completed our outfit by exploring the wide selection of brands offered by Cisalfa: from Patagonia to Salomon, from The North Face to McKinley and 8848 The Outdoor Company.

The activities scheduled for the next day began in the morning with a visit to the Mont Blanc Adventure Park, which offers a breathtaking view of the Mont Blanc range. The park features various courses of different difficulty levels, suitable for all skill levels. However, the most stunning view awaited us on the panoramic walkway over the Orrido di Pré-Saint-Didier, suspended 160 meters above the gorge: from there, the view of the canyon below is simply breathtaking. After completing the first part of the experience, we made our way toward Lake Arpy. Nestled between Mont Charvet, Becca Pouegnenta, and Monte Colmet, this lake lies in the Arpy Valley, within the municipality of Morgex.

Choosing the right gear was essential for this journey: from the McKinley jacket to the 8848 The Outdoor Company pants, and especially our Salomon Gore-Tex shoes, which proved indispensable. They protected us from water and snowy terrain during the ascent to Lake Arpy.
