adidas has unveiled the official ball for the 2026 World Cup final A fresh take on the Trionda
adidas has unveiled TRIONDA FINAL, the official match ball for the semifinals and finals of the FIFA World Cup 2026™, set to take center stage in the matches that will crown the next world champions. The semifinals will be played on July 14 in Dallas and July 15 in Atlanta; the third-place playoff is scheduled for July 18 in Miami, while the FIFA World Cup™ Final will take place on Sunday, July 19, in New Jersey, with kick-off at 9:00 PM CEST.
More than a simple color update of the ball used throughout the tournament, TRIONDA FINAL represents a true aesthetic reinterpretation of the World Cup's visual identity. Black becomes the dominant color, giving the ball a bold, contemporary look, while its defining feature is the premium gold finish inspired by the prestige of the FIFA World Cup™ Trophy.
Breaking up the monochrome palette are vibrant pink and red accents, dynamic details that inject energy into the graphic composition while creating a direct visual connection with the adidas boots worn by the players on the pitch. TRIONDA FINAL also pays tribute to the host cities of the tournament's decisive stage through a distinctive typographic approach seamlessly integrated into the panel graphics. Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and New York New Jersey stand out as the key design elements, while all the other FIFA World Cup 2026™ host cities are incorporated into the triangular graphic motifs, creating a layered visual narrative across the ball's surface.
