5 brands that combine football and fashion worth knowing From the grass to the runways

Here we are at the second episode of the new nss sports series, dedicated to emerging (or simply young) brands that combine fashion and football: in their collections, styling, or through individual football-inspired pieces. Even brands that started as fashion labels but chose to include a football element at their debut are featured in this selection.

Today as well, we have selected for you the 5 best young and emerging brands that are absolutely worth discovering.

Vescartes

For Vescartes, customization of garments is a fundamental element of the project, as is football: from vintage jerseys to tracksuits, from Mexico’s kits to Germany’s, and especially Brazil’s. But how did the London-based brand manage to organize a photoshoot on one of Italy’s most hidden football fields? We’re talking about the Polizzi Generosa pitch, located on a hill in the province of Palermo.

In Florence, Bungaro will soon make its debut, and we had the chance to receive exclusive materials related to a specific piece, destined to become one of the symbols of the brand’s collection, born from the minds of two young Italian creatives, Alessio Mussati and Riccardo Paniccia. It is a clearly football-inspired jersey among a sea of pieces derived from entirely different references.

Muten Factory

Matías Soulé and the stunning setting of the Stadio dei Marmi – a memorable backdrop for Dark Polo Gang’s sportswear – are the protagonists of the presentation of the new jersey by Muten Factory, born from the latest idea ROMA BRUTALE. It’s no coincidence that it is worn by INCE, rapper and star of the track Soulé. The Roma jersey made by Muten Factory is a customization of the club’s official kit, enriched with iconic details such as the SPQR inscription.

Sentimiento

Moving on to Sentimiento, a brand based in Mexico City, chosen as the first upcycling brand in this series: thanks in part to a collaboration with adidas Mexico, the brand has brought reworked football garments with the Real Madrid crest to the runway. First a training suit, then the 1999/2000 home jersey with Teka as sponsor, as well as the 2025/26 away jersey of Manchester United.

Societas

The brand of Mirko Borsche – designer and founder of the creative studio Bureau Borsche, known for working on rebranding and design projects for clubs such as Venezia FC, Inter Milan, Kallithea FC, and BSC Young Boys – is fully worth discovering: hoodies, bandanas, tracksuits, and much more are what you need.
