Nike unveils the Scary Good model of Mercurial, Tiempo e Phantom A journey into the past, reimagined with a contemporary twist

Scary Good Pack, the new line of football boots by Nike, will debut on the market next July 14. The brand confirmed it in what marks the final stage of Scary Good, the communication campaign that introduced Nike Football’s new visual identity. It all started with a new logo featuring a black swoosh on a fluorescent yellow background, a prelude to a new era of spots that celebrates the courage, instinct, and imagination of the world’s most feared attackers. From Alexia Putellas to Kylian Mbappé, from Erling Haaland to Sam Kerr, from Cole Palmer to Vinicius: a return to spectacular football, where every move is designed to surprise, inspire, and defy expectations.

Now comes the final step with the official presentation of the Scary Good Pack, showcasing the evolution of three pillars of Nike’s football tradition: Mercurial, Tiempo, and Phantom. In the first case, the Nike Mercurial 25-26 Scary Good is presented in a flamingo pink version with black and shocking orange details, plus a swoosh that stretches from the toe to the outer side of the boot. The new Nike Tiempo 10 Scary Good 25-26 features a silver silhouette with orange and white details, while the first version of the Nike Phantom 6 Scary Good 25-26 combines a very light shade of purple with bright red, featuring two small swooshes on the sides and a third one, reversed, on the heel.

A new collection with which Nike Football completes its rebranding, celebrating a new image that is bolder and far more provocative than in recent years. In many ways, it’s a dive into the past reimagined through a modern lens — following the same path taken with the comeback of the Total 90, especially the Total 90 III SP “Gym Red”, a new take on the classic red and white colorway, or with the sneaker evolution of some of its most iconic models like the Mercurial R9, aligning with the BootsOnlySummer trend.
