Theatre is now being used to create podcasts Viva el Futbol is the latest example in Italy

The role of theatre has undergone various evolutions. Conceived as a sacred place of culture, today the theatre has largely become a point of connection. The curtain in fact represents the last barrier between a content creator and their community. If until a few years ago stages were the prerogative of actors and comedians, today it is podcasters who dominate the scene. They step out of YouTube and Spotify to meet their communities in person. A strategy aimed at strengthening, authenticating, and cementing the relationship of trust and the emotional connection that has developed online. In less than two years, Viva el Futbol has established itself as one of the most followed football podcasts in Italy, and it was only a matter of time before Daniele Adani, Nicola Ventola, and Antonio Cassano brought their opinions to the stage.

Viva el Futbol thus becomes Viva El Tour, a tour born within the agreement with Urban Vision Group and produced with the support of Skyline Srl, which will reach the stages of major theatres and prestigious venues in the main Italian cities, marking an important evolution of the original format. Starting from 24 November at the Palapartenope in Naples, Adani, Ventola, and Cassano bring to the stage a show that blends culture, pop languages and, of course, football.

Here is the full schedule:

• Naples – Palapartenope – 24 November 2025

• Turin – Teatro Alfieri – 15 December 2025

• Catania – Teatro Metropolitan – 12 January 2026

• Bari – Teatro Team – 2 February 2026

• Rome – Auditorium Conciliazione – 23 February 2026

• Milan – Teatro Arcimboldi – 16 March 2026

• Florence – Teatro Verdi – 23 March 2026

• Sanremo – Teatro Ariston – 30 March 2026

Each of the tour dates will be enriched not only by the regular presence of Corrado Tedeschi, who will take the stage to support the trio of main hosts, but also by the participation of a high-profile special guest, different for each city. For the highly anticipated debut in Naples, the extraordinary participation of Lorenzo Insigne is expected. The former captain will be the guest of honour and, inevitably, the conversation with him will touch upon the memory and analysis of the legendary figure of Diego Armando Maradona, as the show will take place on the eve of the fifth anniversary of his passing.
