Las Vegas welcomes many of F1’s collections Art, AI and fashion

F1 returns to Las Vegas for what, in just a couple of years, has already become one of the most important events of the season. It certainly is for Liberty Media, the company that owns Formula 1, which, sensing the potential of this race, decided to take on the role of event promoter directly—therefore assuming all organizational costs and business risks—instead of relying on local entities as happens for every other Grand Prix. A decision that can now be considered a success, given that the Las Vegas Grand Prix, in terms of hype and perception, has reached the same level as Monaco, albeit without the luxurious patina that characterizes the weekend in the Principality. Here, among the lights of the Strip, the style becomes decidedly more excessive, as confirmed by all the special collections unveiled by drivers and teams.

Ferrari

To celebrate once again the 20-year partnership with PUMA, Ferrari has introduced a special line to be worn both on track and in the paddock. The highlight is undoubtedly the racing suit, in which different shades of red alternate and intertwine through a geometric pattern developed using a tone-on-tone visual effect. The same aesthetic scheme has also been applied to the t-shirts and caps that Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton will wear during official moments.

Lewis Hamilton will also be sporting a unique helmet design. The British driver will take to the track wearing an artistic creation that will see his helmet completely covered in diamonds. This will create a unique optical effect when the lights illuminate the track.

Mercedes

Mercedes has also revealed a special capsule collection, this time designed by adidas. This new collection follows, chronologically, the line created in collaboration with Bad Bunny on the eve of the Mexican Grand Prix and the iconic Y-3 jacket worn by Kimi Antonelli during the Brazilian Grand Prix. In this case, the team's official colors—black and light blue—are reinterpreted with an innovative design inspired by NFL aesthetics.

In addition, both drivers will be wearing special helmets. George Russell's helmet features classic gambling imagery combined with a meme of him striking a pose with his arms outstretched, taken from the opening sequence of each Grand Prix. In contrast, Kimi Antonelli has chosen reflective graphics to enhance the play of light.

Williams

For the third time in the last four Grands Prix, Williams unveils a new special livery. It is very likely the first time in motorsport history that a car has been dedicated to artificial intelligence. Specifically, Carlos Sainz and Alexander Albon will race with an entirely black car highlighted by colorful accents celebrating the partner Atlassian, but above all Rovo—the AI solution developed by the brand.

KICK Sauber

A special livery also for Stake F1 Team KICK Sauber, a variation on the theme to celebrate one of the final events of the season before the rebranding to Audi. The update features a snake motif inspired by the checkered flag pattern, wrapping around the car and alternating with the green color that has characterized the team since it joined the circus.

McLaren

No special livery or limited capsule, but a classic special helmet for both McLaren drivers. Lando Norris, who in Las Vegas reaches the milestone of 150 races in his career, collaborated with Werner Bronkhorst. The artist applied the aesthetic principles of his painting to F1, resulting in a helmet characterized by thick brushstrokes, each enriched with a small drawing referencing a detail from the British driver’s career. A design completely opposite to the style chosen by Oscar Piastri, as the Australian will wear a brightly colored helmet inspired by the remote-controlled car he used as a child.

Alpine

A new livery for Alpine as well, although in the case of the French team it's only a small update to the original design. The black sidepods disappear to give even more space and emphasis to pink, the main color of their sponsor.

Visa Cash App

But as always, when it comes to special liveries, a stop at the Visa Cash App garage is a must. For Las Vegas, they introduced a striking and captivating holographic livery. A car with vivid colors and an iridescent finish, designed specifically to reflect under the circuit lights. An extraordinary design through which Visa Cash App once again expands the aesthetic horizons of F1, already enriched by collaborations with Slawn for the Silverstone Grand Prix and with Shaboozey for the Austin Grand Prix.
